Brittany M. Yurchyk

Brittany M. Yurchyk is a seasoned family law attorney in Norristown, Pennsylvania, with a focus on alternative dispute resolution, equitable distribution, child custody, child and spousal support, abuse, and domestic relations. She earned a specialized certificate in dispute resolution from the prestigious Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University, which she applies to develop personalized solutions for her clients during divorce and family law matters.

Prior to her current practice in the Philadelphia area, Brittany honed her family law expertise at a Pittsburgh firm. Her legal journey also includes serving as a law clerk to The Honorable William F. Ward in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Family Division. In this role, she assisted with a range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, protection from abuse, and juvenile delinquency.

Brittany's legal career began in Los Angeles after she earned her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. While in Los Angeles, she served as editor of the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal, where she ardently represented homeless and indigent clients.

An active member of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Brittany also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from Ohio State University.
