Dash Radosti

Dash Radosti co-founded Equal Justice Solutions, a faith-based public interest law firm committed to representing whistleblowers, investors, consumers, employees, veterans, and those seriously injured, including victims of sexual violence. His mission is to address the access-to-justice crisis by balancing the scales between powerful institutions and individuals who have suffered harm.

In addition to his role at Equal Justice Solutions, Dash serves as Of Counsel at Wade Kipela Slade, where he collaborates on intricate cases, including class actions. His extensive background includes serving as a Deputy Attorney General in the Fraud and Consumer Protection Division of the Delaware Department of Justice. There, he investigated and prosecuted complex fraud and consumer protection cases, as well as technology-related crimes, sex trafficking, and child exploitation.

Dash's legal career also includes experience at a large international law firm, where he focused on False Claims Act cases and complex litigation. He also worked at a boutique firm that specialized in investor protection before the Delaware Chancery Court.

A graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, Dash externed with the Honorable Royce Lamberth of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the New York Office of the Attorney General. Fluent in Spanish and Italian, Dash advises clients in these languages and has a working knowledge of Hindi.

Dash is admitted to practice law in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia. His dedication to service extends beyond the legal field, having served eight years in the U.S. Army Intelligence Corps, achieving the rank of captain and deploying to the Middle East in support of the Global War on Terror. He also briefly held a position at a major investment bank.
