Lori A. Frio-Walker

Lori A. Frio-Walker, Esquire, focuses her practice on a comprehensive range of family and matrimonial law issues. At Petrelli Law, P.C., she developed extensive litigation experience in divorce, custody, and support matters.

Before joining Petrelli Law, Lori specialized in collaborative and amicable divorce processes. She earned her J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Women's Law Forum and an Associate Editor for the Journal of Catholic Social Thought.

Lori began her legal career as an associate attorney at a prominent regional firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, she worked in the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Department, defending trade creditors in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. During her law school years, Lori interned for the Honorable Judge Paul Panepinto, engaging in research for complex mass tort litigation.

Additionally, Lori contributed to the Farm Worker Legal Aid Clinic at Villanova University School of Law, successfully representing clients in workers’ compensation claims, wage claims, family law, and immigration matters.
