Mary Cushing Doherty

With a career spanning more than three decades, Mary Cushing Doherty has established herself as a leading authority in family law based in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Her practice encompasses a comprehensive range of marital and family law issues, including divorce, child and spousal support, custody, alimony, premarital agreements, and complex asset protection. As a certified Arbitrator and Mediator, Ms. Doherty is dedicated to resolving disputes amicably but is also a vigorous litigator when necessary to protect her clients' interests.

Ms. Doherty's contributions extend beyond her practice. Since 1985, she has been an award-winning Course Planner and Lecturer with the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Her educational roles also include serving as a Course Planner and Lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section and the Montgomery Bar Association, as well as a Lecturer for the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML).
