Paige is known for her ability to blend legal precision with practical solutions, assisting township managers, zoning officers, and municipal staff in navigating complex regulations.

Her clients depend on her for timely and clear guidance in pressing situations, whether it involves drafting zoning opinions, advising on conditional use hearings, or ensuring compliance in property disputes. Paige also provides valuable support to municipal employers in managing workplace issues, such as employee discipline, hiring practices, and handling claims under Pennsylvania’s whistleblower and civil service laws.

Prior to her current role, Paige gained extensive experience representing national insurers and commercial clients in high-stakes litigation at a law firm in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Her practice focused on transportation accidents, catastrophic injury claims, premises liability cases, and employment disputes. She developed defense strategies, managed discovery, and prepared cases for trial, which now enhances her risk-aware counsel to public entities.

Paige began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Charissa J. Liller and the Honorable James M. McMaster at the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.
