Stuart Carpey

Stuart A. Carpey has dedicated more than 29 years to advocating for individuals injured in accidents. A graduate of the University of Maryland (1983) and the Villanova University School of Law (1987), he leads his firm with a focus on complex civil litigation. His practice spans a wide range of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice. In addition, he represents individuals and small businesses in insurance claim disputes.

As a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Stuart has achieved million-dollar settlements or verdicts, underscoring his commitment to client success. He is also recognized nationally as a lawyer, speaker, and educator in personal injury law and law practice management.

In his role as a court-appointed arbitrator, Stuart serves in Philadelphia County, Montgomery County, and the federal courts of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has also held the position of judge pro tempore in Philadelphia County.
