Alexa Massad Powers

Alexa Massad Powers is an accomplished attorney practicing in both Connecticut and Rhode Island. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut and attended Quinnipiac University School of Law as a Dean’s Fellow, graduating first in her class and serving as Editor-in-Chief of the Quinnipiac Law Review.

Before joining Messier Massad Burdick & Assoc. LLC, Alexa gained valuable experience as a Judicial Clerk for Justice Andrew J. McDonald at the Connecticut Supreme Court. She also served as a law student extern for Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer at the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Alexa is a published author, known for her work on Title IX policy analysis and recommendations. Her practice areas include personal injury and insurance matters, land use litigation, estate planning, and probate litigation.
