Brad R. Pelletier has been practicing law for nearly two decades, specializing in residential and commercial real estate, financing transactions, advanced estate planning, business formation, and LGBTQ+ law. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Missouri, offering tailored legal assistance to each client.

Raised in Lincoln, Rhode Island, Brad graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rhode Island with degrees in Business Administration and French. He earned his law degree from Roger Williams School of Law and has dedicated his career to guiding clients through significant life transitions and challenges.

Brad is actively involved in his community, having served on the Board of Directors for AIDS Care Ocean State and Marriage Equality Rhode Island. He participates in organizations like the Rhode Island Association of Gay Professionals, Rhode Island Lawyers for Equality & Diversity, and the Rhode Island Bar Association’s LGBT Committee. Additionally, he contributes to the education committee for the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors, where he teaches continuing education courses for Rhode Island Realtors.

Outside of his legal practice, Brad enjoys Rhode Island's beaches, exploring local restaurants, breweries, and wineries, and has a passion for bow ties, owning over 100. A former Division 1 tennis player at the University of Rhode Island, he now enjoys playing pickleball as a fun way to stay active.
