John MacDonald

John E. MacDonald is a distinguished trial attorney with a focus on criminal defense, immigration law, and post-conviction relief in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Mr. MacDonald adeptly represents clients in both state and federal courts in these jurisdictions.

Mr. MacDonald has a proven track record of defending clients in a wide array of criminal cases, including capital murder, child molestation, sex crimes, rape, domestic violence, homicide, manslaughter, vehicular homicide, sexual assault, felony assault, patient abuse, and various fraud charges.
