Jonathan Greene

Jonathan Greene has dedicated over 10 years to practicing Veterans Law, where he has represented hundreds of veterans both at the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and at the VA agency level. His expertise is frequently sought at national Veterans Law conferences, including presentations for the National Organization of Veterans Affairs (NOVA). He has shared insights on Special Monthly Compensation, effective paralegal utilization, rating decision elements, the VA claims process, case screening, and strategies for VA Board hearings.

Jonathan graduated with honors from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2008. Prior to his legal career, he gained extensive experience in the automotive industry, working in finance, logistics, quality management, human resources, and operations. He is fluent in German and has worked internationally in Germany, Switzerland, South Korea, Mexico, and South Africa. His undergraduate degree in finance and German was earned with distinction from the University of Rhode Island.

Jonathan is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York, both in state and federal courts. He is also accredited to represent veterans before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
