He is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island, having graduated from LaSalle Academy and earned a BA in Economics from the University of Rhode Island. He completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, where he gained valuable experience in catastrophic injury, mass disaster, and products liability litigation.
