Evan Kirshenbaum

Evan M. Kirshenbaum leads Kirshenbaum Law Associates, Inc. as Managing Partner, bringing decades of experience since 1994 in family law and personal injury law. Elevated to senior partner in 1999, he is a seasoned trial attorney who has argued successfully before the Rhode Island Supreme Court and juries in the Superior Court. Notably, he was featured in the Verdict Reporter and the Rhode Island Association for Justice News Magazine for securing a personal injury verdict exceeding seven times the settlement offer.

Mr. Kirshenbaum holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
