Daniel Marusak

Daniel Marusak is an accomplished attorney based in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, focusing on Veterans law. He graduated cum laude from Roger Williams School of Law in 2014 and has since represented hundreds of Veterans and their families across the nation. His practice includes working at the Agency Level and before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Daniel is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and licensed to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Before his legal career, Daniel served in the Massachusetts Army National Guard from 2007 to 2020. During his service, he was deployed to Kunar Province, Afghanistan, as an Infantry Platoon Leader from 2011 to 2012. After returning, he played a crucial role in the response to the Boston Marathon Bombing in April 2013, coordinating with local authorities to secure Boston’s subway stations. He completed his military service as the commander of an Infantry Company, bringing nearly three years of leadership experience to his legal practice.
