Dennis D. Bossian

Dennis D. Bossian, Esq. is a seasoned trial attorney known for his commitment to representing policyholders in complex coverage litigation. With experience in over 100 jury trials, Mr. Bossian has achieved a remarkable success rate. He is proficient in briefing and arguing appeals in both state and federal courts, and has conducted numerous depositions.

Mr. Bossian represents clients in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, focusing on insurance carrier extra-contractual bad faith and 93A litigation. His background as a former insurance professional with two major carriers equips him with valuable industry insights, maximizing client benefits in resolutions, arbitrations, mediations, and other non-judicial processes.

Before joining Palumbo Law, Mr. Bossian served as the civil litigation director at a Providence, Rhode Island law firm, was a risk manager for CVS Corporation, and a partner in an insurance defense firm.
