Jonathan Greene

Jonathan Greene has dedicated more than ten years to practicing Veterans Law, where he has represented hundreds of veterans at the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and at the agency level before the VA. His expertise is frequently sought at national conferences, including the National Organization of Veterans Affairs (NOVA), where he has delivered presentations on a variety of topics such as Special Monthly Compensation, the effective use of paralegals, elements of a rating decision, the VA claims process, case screening, and strategies for conducting VA Board hearings.

Jonathan graduated with honors from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2008. Prior to his legal career, he gained extensive experience in the automotive industry, working in roles related to finance, logistics, quality management, human resources, and operations. His proficiency in German allowed him to work internationally in countries like Germany, Switzerland, South Korea, Mexico, and South Africa. He holds an undergraduate degree in finance and German from the University of Rhode Island, where he graduated with distinction.

Jonathan is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York. He is also accredited to represent veterans before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
