Anthony Harbin

Anthony L. (Tony) Harbin is a highly respected trial lawyer specializing in serious personal injury, products liability, wrongful death, and nursing home abuse and neglect. As a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Tony is recognized for achieving verdicts or settlements exceeding Two Million Dollars. He has been honored as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the American Association for Justice and holds an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale Hubbell, the highest possible distinction. Additionally, he is acknowledged as a South Carolina Super Lawyer and a National Trial Lawyers Association Top 100 Lawyer.

Tony's career began with six years at one of the largest law firms in South Carolina, where he defended large corporations and insurance companies in injury cases. In 1996, he transitioned to Anderson, focusing on representing individuals with serious personal injuries. He handles cases in both state and federal courts.

Tony has represented clients in high-profile cases, including the Charlotte Motor Speedway bridge collapse, and has assisted families in wrongful death cases involving motor vehicles. His experience extends to numerous nursing home abuse and neglect cases and serious burn injuries.

A graduate of Clemson University and the University of South Carolina School of Law, Tony is a former Marine. He has served on the Board of Governors for the South Carolina Association for Justice and is the immediate past President of the organization. Tony is also a member of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America and a sustaining member of the American Association for Justice. He serves as the Managing Partner of Harbin & Burnett, LLP.

Tony is married and has three children.
