Daniel Draisen

Daniel L. Draisen, a native of Anderson, South Carolina, has established a distinguished legal career. He completed his B.A. at the University of South Carolina in 1994 and earned his law degree from the University of Tulsa in 1997. Mr. Draisen has extensive case experience in both federal and state courts.

In addition to his casework, Mr. Draisen actively contributes to the legal community. He has served on the Practice and Procedures Committee and the Ethics Advisory Committee of the South Carolina Bar. His leadership roles include being elected as a Delegate in the SC Bar House of Delegates and serving as both the regional chair and the 10th Circuit chair for the SC Resolution of Fee Disputes Board.
