Ashley Twombley

J. Ashley Twombley is an accomplished attorney known for his expertise in serious personal injury litigation, estate and probate litigation, and complex business litigation. With a practice that spans plaintiffs and defendants, as well as individuals and corporations, Mr. Twombley brings a dynamic approach to each case.

Beginning his career at the Atlanta office of King & Spalding in 2003, Mr. Twombley gained valuable experience at this prestigious international law firm, which serves half of the Fortune Global 100. Following this tenure, he relocated to Beaufort, South Carolina, where he founded the Twenge + Twombley Law Firm.

In his practice, Mr. Twombley represents clients across the Southeast, appearing in both state and federal courts. His appellate experience includes appearances before the Fourth and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the South Carolina Supreme Court, and the South Carolina Court of Appeals. Additionally, he has represented clients in arbitration proceedings with the American Arbitration Association and JAMS.
