David Johnston

David Johnston is a seasoned attorney serving clients across South Carolina, focusing on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. With decades of experience, David is committed to obtaining full and fair compensation for those injured at work or due to another's negligence. His approach emphasizes personalized attention and achieving positive outcomes for each client.

David earned his BA in computer science from East Carolina University before graduating from Campbell University School of Law. During law school, he served as the Court of Appeals Editor for the Campbell Law Observer and was a Moot Court Finalist. His post-graduate career includes extensive experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, Social Security law, and estate planning, gained at leading firms in the Carolinas.

In 2004, David's expertise extended internationally when he served as a legal advisor to private security firms during the Iraqi conflict in Baghdad. He collaborated with major agencies such as Sabre International Security, American Iraqi Solutions Group, and Special Operations Consultant (SOC) International Security. Notably, he played a crucial role in establishing a 1,500-man guard force to secure the Victory Base Complex.
