Kevin Richey

Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Kevin began his career as a sportswriter after earning a degree from Furman University in Greenville. He pursued his legal education at the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 1995. Following his graduation, he completed a judicial clerkship in Chester with the Honorable Paul E. Short, Jr.

Kevin briefly left South Carolina but eventually returned to Charleston, where he practiced real estate law, transactional work, and construction litigation. Since 2003, he has dedicated his practice exclusively to guiding individuals and families through the workers’ compensation and personal injury claim process.
