Wilson Jackson

Wilson Jackson is a highly skilled attorney with a focus on truck accidents and personal injury cases. His dedication and meticulous approach have earned him recognition as a 2023 South Carolina Rising Star in Transportation Law by Super Lawyers and acknowledgment by South Carolina Legal Elite for Personal Injury and Litigation.

Wilson's legal career began as a defense attorney, where he honed his skills working with trucking companies and their insurers. He was part of a team serving as national and regional counsel for several major motor carriers, handling complex cases involving serious injuries and fatalities. His comprehensive experience in truck accident litigation spans from rapid response evidence gathering to delivering closing arguments at trial.

Licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina, Wilson's unique qualifications include completing a 160 Hour Truck Driver Training Program in compliance with 49 CFR 380.503 and obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). He further enhanced his expertise by graduating from the Certified Director of Safety (CDS) course offered by the North American Transportation Management Institute (NATMI).

Wilson is an alumnus of The Citadel – The Military College of South Carolina and the University of South Carolina School of Law. He began his legal career serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Michael G. Nettles, Resident Judge and Chief Administrative Judge for the Twelfth Circuit. He further served as a law clerk to The Honorable Justice Garrison D. Hill at the South Carolina Court of Appeals.
