Gus A. Anastopoulo

Gus A. Anastopoulo leads the Gus Anastopoulo Law Firm, dedicated to serving Charleston and North Charleston in personal injury and criminal defense. His practice is particularly focused on assisting victims of motor vehicle accidents, with an emphasis on cases involving drunk drivers. A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Gus pursued his undergraduate education in Florida before returning to his hometown to attend the Charleston School of Law. He has committed his career to representing individuals in the Low Country, never aligning with insurance companies or corporations.

Gus graduated from Florida State University and Charleston School of Law, where he achieved Dean’s List honors and participated in the Trial Advocacy Team. As a dedicated litigator, he is admitted to practice in all state courts in South Carolina and the federal U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He is an active member of the South Carolina Association for Justice and the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
