Gedney Main Howe IV

Gedney M. Howe IV is a third-generation attorney based in Charleston, South Carolina, who passionately represents victims in personal injury claims. Admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2020, Gedney has already achieved significant recoveries for his clients through both verdicts and settlements. Notably, he has engaged in intense litigation against major entities such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Justice, and Dominion Energy.

In his first year of practice, Gedney secured $200 million in verdicts and settlements. This includes his notable work representing the victims of the Emanuel Nine, pursuing justice against the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Justice.

Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Gedney gained valuable experience clerking for Senator Richard A. Harpootlian, P.A. in Columbia, focusing on both civil and criminal defense.
