Guy J. Vitetta, originally from Philadelphia, PA, pursued his undergraduate studies at Ohio's Kenyon College, earning a B.A. in history and religion. His passion for community activism, particularly in consumer and environmental issues, led him to the legal field. He earned his law degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, OH, in 1991.
Guy began his legal career clerking in the Death Penalty Section of the Ohio Public Defender Commission, where he worked on appeals for Death Row inmates. He then dedicated eleven years as a Public Defender, first in Columbus and later in Charleston County, SC, before establishing his private practice in Charleston, South Carolina.
Vitetta Law Group maintains a robust criminal law practice across municipal, state, and federal courts, thanks to Guy's reputation as an exceptional criminal defense attorney.
