Kevin Richey

Kevin Richey is a key member of the South Carolina legal team at George Sink, P.A. Injury Lawyers, where he focuses on workers’ compensation and personal injury law. Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Kevin's early career was in sports journalism after graduating from Furman University in Greenville. He earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1995 and completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Paul E. Short, Jr. in Chester. After a brief period away from South Carolina, Kevin returned to Charleston, where he practiced real estate and transactional law, along with construction litigation.

Since 2003, Kevin has dedicated his practice exclusively to guiding individuals and families through the workers’ compensation and personal injury claims process, ensuring they receive the support and compensation they deserve.
