Patrick Aulton Chisum

Patrick Aulton Chisum is a dedicated junior partner in Charleston, South Carolina, who skillfully manages cases in personal injury, criminal defense, and magistrate & probate court matters. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina in 2007, followed by his law degree from the Charleston School of Law in 2012. During his time in law school, Patrick gained valuable experience working with the Georgetown County Public Defenders Office and SCDHEC Ocean Coastal Resource Management, and he volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem.

Before attending law school, Patrick served as an Estate Clerk under the Honorable Judge Amy McCulloch at the Richland County Probate Court. His professional achievements have been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine, naming him a Rising Star every year since 2014.

Patrick is deeply engaged in the Charleston community, actively participating in the Charleston Area Pi Kappa Phi Alumni Chapter. An avid sailor, he frequently volunteers at local regattas and contributes to the local sailing community. As a member of the Hollings Cup Regatta Executive Committee, he has successfully raised substantial funds to support cancer research in the low country.
