Denise Nicole Gregory

Denise Nicole Gregory holds a BA in English from Appalachian State University, where she minored in African-American Studies and was actively involved in The Order of Black & Gold as Dean of Pledges and Historian. Her academic achievements include being on the Dean’s List and receiving Who’s Who honors.

Denise earned her JD from the Charlotte School of Law, contributing to both the Real Estate and Intellectual Property Reviews. She devoted over 200 pro bono hours through CSL’s Entrepreneurship Clinic, assisting creatives, entrepreneurs, and small businesses in the Charlotte Metro Area.

In 2018, Denise became a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association, launching her career as a solo practitioner in Trademark and Business Law. The following year, she joined the South Carolina Bar Association and served as an Assistant Public Defender at the York County Public Defender’s Office, where she managed over 500 misdemeanor and felony cases.

Denise also possesses experience as a Financial Risk Consultant, specializing in Risk Management and Control Management, where she engaged in RCSA, Risk Monitoring, and Control Management for two years.

Currently, Denise operates her own practice, focusing on Business, Trademark Prosecution, Criminal Defense, and Real Estate.
