Justin D. Bice

Justin D. Bice established Bice Law LLC to provide dedicated legal representation to personal injury victims across South Carolina and North Carolina. The firm has offices in Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Greenville, Charlotte, Raleigh, Winston-Salem, and Greensboro. Mr. Bice focuses his practice on obtaining full compensation for clients affected by car accidents, dog bites, slip and falls, wrongful death, and worker's compensation cases.

Under his leadership, Bice Law has achieved significant settlements and verdicts, ensuring clients receive the financial support necessary to manage medical expenses and sustain their families when unable to work.

Originating from rural South Dakota, Justin served eight years in the Army with the Military Intelligence Detachment of the 3rd Special Forces Group at Fort Bragg, NC. His military service includes three tours in Afghanistan and one in Iraq, along with various peacetime missions globally.

Justin excelled academically, graduating first in his class with a degree in business administration from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC. He later earned his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

His professional accolades include being a former judge for the city of Tega Cay and a former board member of the Catawba Regional Council of Governments. Justin has been recognized as a “Super Lawyers Rising Star,” an honor given to less than 2.5% of attorneys in South Carolina, and as “Legal Elite” by Business North Carolina magazine, awarded to only 3% of North Carolina lawyers. He holds an AV Preeminent peer and client review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Justin D. Bice is admitted to practice before all State and U.S. District Courts in North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
