Tyler Bathrick

Tyler Bathrick began his academic journey at Indiana University, earning his Bachelor’s degree in 2003. Seeking a warmer climate, he moved to the South to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he graduated in 2006. Embracing South Carolina as his permanent home, he embarked on his career in personal injury law immediately after law school.

In his early professional years, Tyler gained invaluable experience working as an associate attorney under the mentorship of two former South Carolina workers’ compensation commissioners. This role allowed him to represent numerous injured workers, deepening his expertise in the workers’ compensation system, including settlements, trials, and appeals.
