Julian W. DuRant

Julian W. DuRant is an accomplished attorney based in Conway, South Carolina, offering legal services across both South Carolina and North Carolina. In collaboration with his father, Frank DuRant, he established the law firm DuRant & DuRant, P.A. earlier this year.

Julian is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College and earned his law degree from Wake Forest School of Law. Following law school, he served as a clerk for the Honorable Richard Voorhees in the Western District of North Carolina. During his clerkship, Julian gained extensive experience in federal court proceedings, including civil and criminal trials, as well as appellate cases in the Fourth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal.

After completing his clerkship, Julian joined the Litigation & Trial Practice Group at an Am Law 100 firm, where he spent two years working on high-stakes cases such as fraud trials, class action litigation, and internal investigations.

Currently, Julian provides comprehensive legal services to individuals and businesses along the Carolina coasts. His practice areas include serious injury, wrongful death, business disputes, contract negotiations, and real estate matters.
