Justin M Lovely

Justin M Lovely is an accomplished attorney at The Lovely Law Firm, focusing on DUI Defense and Personal Injury Litigation related to auto accidents. The firm also manages a variety of criminal cases in the Conway and Myrtle Beach regions.

Mr. Lovely earned his B.S. in Finance, graduating cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2004. During his time there, he was an amateur Golden Gloves Boxer and served as Vice President of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity. His community involvement included building play units for children with disabilities in the Knoxville area.

He pursued his Juris Doctor at the Appalachian School of Law, where he was on the dean's list and active in the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, Criminal Law Society, Environmental Law Society, Moot Court Team, and the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation. His studies emphasized Family Law and Small Business Entities.

Mr. Lovely gained practical experience through a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Judge Tony Stansberry in Knoxville, assisting in both criminal and civil litigation. He later worked with the Knox County Public Defender, providing criminal defense for indigent clients.

After passing the South Carolina bar exam, Mr. Lovely relocated to the Myrtle Beach area. He is authorized to practice in all South Carolina Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. Additionally, he is a Certified Guardian ad Litem for Family Law Cases in South Carolina.
