Gary Christmas

Gary Christmas, a senior partner at Christmas Injury Lawyers, is committed to advocating for the rights of injured individuals and their families. He specializes in cases involving the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Act, the Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, the Defense Base Act, and various negligence claims such as DUI-related accidents. His practice also covers incidents involving retail stores, bars, hotels, landlords, and apartments, as well as wrongful death cases.

In his 14th year of practice, Gary values building strong relationships with clients, medical professionals, and fellow attorneys. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina, where he was honored with the University Scholars Award.

Gary is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Association of Justice, the South Carolina Association of Justice, the United States Supreme Court Historical Society, and the Small Business Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the South Carolina Bar and Charleston County Bar Associations.

Additionally, Gary contributes to the legal community as a Mentor for the Lawyer Mentoring Pilot Program. He is admitted to practice before the South Carolina Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. His cases are primarily managed from the Mount Pleasant office.
