Tiffany Provence

Tiffany Provence established Provence Messervy, LLC after serving as an elected official in Dorchester County for over ten years, including roles as Probate Judge and Associate Judge. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and the University of South Carolina School of Law. Provence is also a certified Civil and Family Court mediator and a licensed real estate broker in South Carolina.

Currently, Provence serves as the Drug Court Judge for Dorchester County. Her leadership extends to roles such as President and Legal Counsel for Dorchester Paws, Secretary of the Dorchester County Bar, Advisory Counsel to the South Carolina Supreme Court, and a member of the Executive Committee for the South Carolina Association of Probate Judges.

Provence's academic contributions include teaching at the Charleston School of Law and Trident Technical College, covering subjects like Probate, Wills & Trusts, Legal Ethics, Fiduciary Administration, and Mediation & Negotiation. She co-authors an online blog with David Causey and Virginia Spencer, offering guidance on Probate Court matters.

Active in her community, Provence serves on the Advisory Board for SunTrust Bank and the Endowment Board for Dorchester Paws. Her volunteer work includes positions with the Board of Directors for Palmetto Scholar's Academy Charter School, Sculpture in the South, Children's Trust of South Carolina, Habitat for Humanity, and youth athletics organizations.

Raised in Summerville, SC, Provence now resides in Daniel Island with her two teenage children, where she manages the newest branch of Provence Messervy.
