About Brett Lonadier

Brett Lonadier was born in Indiana and grew up in Wisconsin, where his interest in law began during high school. Initially pursuing a career in teaching, he later followed his passion for helping others into the legal field. Brett graduated summa cum laude from Regent University in 2012 and spent time with Teach For America as a high school English teacher in Mississippi. He earned a Master of Arts degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2018 before attending the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating with honors. During his time in law school, he served as a Research Editor for the ABA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal and clerked for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee.

After law school, Brett clerked for the Honorable William McKinnon in the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court, gaining valuable trial experience in both civil and criminal cases with a civil litigation firm in Rock Hill. Now licensed in North and South Carolina, he focuses on personal injury and workers’ compensation law, dedicated to assisting clients in obtaining the compensation they deserve.

Outside of his legal practice, Brett enjoys remodeling his historic 19th-century home, hiking, and supporting the Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packers. He also treasures time spent with his wife and children.
