Tyler Bathrick

Tyler Bathrick began his academic journey at Indiana University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in 2003. Seeking warmer climates, he moved south to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law, graduating in 2006. Embracing the Southern lifestyle, he decided to make South Carolina his permanent home.

Starting his career in personal injury law, Tyler gained invaluable experience working as an associate attorney under the mentorship of two former South Carolina workers' compensation commissioners. This role allowed him to represent numerous injured workers, enhancing his knowledge of the workers' compensation system, including settlements, trials, and appeals.

Currently, Tyler applies this comprehensive expertise at Stewart Law Offices, LLC, where he continues to advocate for personal injury victims. His practice is centered on personal injury, auto accidents, and workers' compensation cases. Over the years, other law firms have sought his assistance with workers' compensation claims, entrusting him with their referrals due to his reputation for handling cases with exceptional care and skill.
