Timothy Ryan Langley

Ryan Langley graduated magna cum laude from Wofford College in 2002, majoring in economics and government. His early career included a position at the White House during the George W. Bush Administration in 2003. Pursuing his legal education, Langley attended the University of South Carolina School of Law as a Carolina Legal Scholar and recipient of the Strom Thurmond merit scholarship. He was elected Editor in Chief of the American Bar Association Real Property, Probate, and Trust Journal in his third year, a prestigious publication with over 30,000 subscribers. Upon graduating in 2006, he was inducted into the Order of the Wig and Robe for his outstanding academic achievements.

Langley began his legal career at a notable Atlanta firm, focusing on construction litigation and government contracts. For over twelve years, he has practiced in South Carolina, handling complex matters related to catastrophic injury and wrongful death, particularly those involving defective drugs, medical devices, drunk driving, and medical malpractice.

He has represented clients at all levels of South Carolina courts, including the state's Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Langley is recognized with an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, denoting the highest standard of professional excellence.

As a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers, Langley is dedicated to trial advocacy excellence. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, supporting the preservation of civil jury trials as enshrined in the Seventh Amendment.
