W. Blake Cummings

W. Blake Cummings is a dedicated attorney with deep roots in South Carolina's Upstate Region, having grown up in Spartanburg. He earned his B.A. in Business Management with a minor in Political Science from Clemson University before pursuing his legal education at the Charleston School of Law. During his time in law school, Blake gained essential experience serving as Vice-President of the Student Trial Lawyers Organization.

Before founding Cummings & Lewis, LLC, Blake worked alongside his father, William V. Cummings, in Spartanburg. This experience in a small firm setting allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of legal practice in both state and federal courts.

Since establishing Cummings & Lewis, LLC, Blake has successfully represented clients in a variety of cases, including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, workers’ compensation, and Social Security disability. He maintains strong ties to the Upstate community and is committed to vigorously advocating for his clients across South Carolina.

Blake actively participates in several professional organizations, including the South Carolina Association of Justice, the Spartanburg County Bar, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).
