E. Lindsay Blanks

E. Lindsay Blanks was born and raised in North Charleston, South Carolina. He is a founding member of E. Lindsay Blanks PA, with offices located in North Charleston. Mr. Blanks earned his B.S. from the College of Charleston in 1984 and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1987. He gained admission to the South Carolina Bar in 1987, followed by the United States District Court, District of South Carolina, in 1989.

Lindsay began his career working as a mechanic while attending college and law school, which instilled in him a deep commitment to advocating for working people. Over the past 30+ years, he has served thousands of clients, striving to deliver exceptional legal service.

Since his bar admission, Lindsay has successfully handled thousands of cases, securing millions in compensation for injured clients. His practice specializes in workers' compensation, automobile accidents, tractor trailer wrecks, premises liability, wrongful death, and various personal injury cases. A notable case, Clayton vs. Lands Inn, involved defending an employee wrongfully accused of theft, where Lindsay worked diligently to vindicate her and obtain rightful compensation.
