Margaret Collins

Margaret A. "Meg" Collins hails from Columbia, South Carolina, and pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina Honors College, majoring in International Relations with a minor in Business Administration. She gained valuable experience working with the South Carolina Senate before attending the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she clerked for a firm specializing in secured transactions, collections, creditor bankruptcy, and contract law.

After obtaining her license in 1997, Ms. Collins established a successful private practice. Her areas of expertise include general civil and domestic litigation, computer and information technology law, business, procurement, and municipal and local government representation. Just three years into her career, she became a partner at an AV Rated firm.

Throughout her career, Attorney Collins has represented a diverse client base, including banks, financial institutions, information management companies, local governments, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and individuals. She combines analytical and business acumen with creative solutions to address complex legal challenges.
