Tiffany Provence

Tiffany Provence founded Provence Messervy, LLC after dedicating over a decade to public service as the Probate Judge of Dorchester County, including two years as an Associate Judge. Her educational background includes a degree from the University of Florida and a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Tiffany holds certifications in both Civil and Family Court mediation and is a licensed real estate broker in South Carolina.

Tiffany currently presides as the Drug Court Judge for Dorchester County. Her leadership roles have included serving as President and Legal Counsel for Dorchester Paws, Secretary for the Dorchester County Bar, and Advisory Counsel to the South Carolina Supreme Court. She is also a member of the Executive Committee for the South Carolina Association of Probate Judges. Tiffany has contributed her writing skills to local newspapers and websites, focusing on legal, community, and travel topics.

Her academic contributions include teaching positions at the Charleston School of Law and Trident Technical College, where she covered subjects such as Probate, Wills & Trusts, Legal Ethics, Fiduciary Administration, and Mediation & Negotiation. Alongside her colleagues David Causey and Virginia Spencer, Tiffany has launched an online blog aimed at assisting families and attorneys with Probate Court matters.

In addition to her professional commitments, Tiffany is active in her community, serving on the Advisory Board for SunTrust Bank and the Endowment Board for Dorchester Paws. She has also supported numerous organizations, including the Board of Directors for Palmetto Scholars Academy Charter School, Sculpture in the South, Children's Trust of South Carolina, Habitat for Humanity, and local youth athletics initiatives.

Raised in Summerville, SC, Tiffany now resides on Daniel Island with her two teenage children, where she manages the newest location of Provence Messervy.
