Gary Christmas

Gary Christmas, a senior partner at Christmas Injury Lawyers, is dedicated to advocating for the rights of those who have suffered injuries. His practice encompasses cases under the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Act, the Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, and the Defense Base Act. He also handles negligence cases involving DUI and automobile accidents, as well as incidents in retail stores, bars, hotels, and residential properties. His expertise extends to wrongful death claims and other personal injury cases caused by negligence.

With 14 years of practice, Gary is committed to building meaningful relationships with clients, medical professionals, and fellow attorneys. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Government, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina, where he was honored with the University Scholars Award for academic excellence.

Gary is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Justice, the South Carolina Association of Justice, and the United States Supreme Court Historical Society. He also participates in the Small Business Chamber of Commerce.

He is affiliated with the South Carolina Bar and Charleston County Bar Associations and contributes as a Mentor in the Lawyer Mentoring Pilot Program. Gary is admitted to practice before the South Carolina Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. His work is primarily conducted from the Mount Pleasant office.
