Victoria Therese Kepes

Victoria Kepes has been a pivotal Partner at The Noble Law since 2022, where she leads the firm's strategic growth in South Carolina. Her legal acumen is rooted in her prior role as Senior Counsel at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where she handled employment and general litigation across federal and state courts in North and South Carolina.

Before this, Ms. Kepes honed her legal skills clerking for the Honorable Robert H. Hodges Jr. at the United States Court of Federal Claims. Her extensive experience includes representing clients under critical statutes such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the ADA, FMLA, and ERISA. Her tenure as In-House Counsel for a technology firm further enriched her expertise in corporate workplace investigations.

A Cum Laude graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Law, Ms. Kepes is admitted to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), showcasing her mastery in data privacy laws and regulations.
