David Edward Wells

David Edward Wells is a respected family law attorney located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he resides with his wife, Annie. His educational journey began at Camden Military Academy in South Carolina and Lyman Ward Military Academy in Alabama. He pursued higher education at Valdosta State University, concentrating on philosophy, applied ethics, and criminal justice.

Driven by a life-long aspiration to practice law, David attended the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Michigan. During his studies, he gained valuable experience interning at the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office in Horry County, South Carolina. After passing the South Carolina bar, David joined Coastal Law Firm, LLC, before establishing his own practice, Wells Law Firm.

David's legal career is primarily focused on family law, where he expertly handles cases involving divorce, custody, child support, visitation, asset allocation, alimony disputes, adoptions, paternity, and name changes. He is also a graduate of the esteemed Houston Family Law Trial Institute at the South Texas College of Law, where he trained under leading marital litigation experts.
