William Grammer

William Grammer is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience in criminal defense, serving clients in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He is admitted to the bar of the State of South Carolina, the U.S. Federal District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

William is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar, and the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. As a founding member of the Myrtle Beach Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, he plays a pivotal role in the local legal community. His memberships also extend to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National College for DUI Defense.

In addition to his legal practice, William is a former adjunct professor at Horry-Georgetown Technical College, where he shared his expertise in legal studies. He is also a certified instructor for the South Carolina Concealable Weapons Course and an NRA Law Enforcement and Civilian Firearms Instructor.

Before entering the legal field, William served as a law enforcement officer for over a decade. His assignments included roles as a Patrol Officer, Narcotics Investigator, Undercover Narcotics Investigator, K-9 Handler and Trainer, and Patrol Shift Lieutenant, among others. He also commanded the Patrol and Communications Divisions.

Outside of his professional commitments, William is passionate about sport aviation, SCUBA diving, and HAM radio, holding an Amateur Extra class license (KW4W). He is also an avid motorcyclist, enjoying both sport and touring rides.
