About Kylie Riggins
Kylie Riggins, a native of South Dakota, has built a distinguished career in family law. She graduated from Drake University School of Business in 2002 and earned her law degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2008. Following her role as a Judicial Law Clerk for South Dakota's Fourth Judicial Circuit, Kylie began her legal practice as a divorce attorney at Viken Law Firm. She later partnered with Linda Lea M. Viken to establish Viken & Riggins Law Firm. Currently, Kylie practices exclusively in domestic relations law at Riggins Family Law, Prof. L.L.C., where she is known for her tenacity and dedication to achieving optimal outcomes for her clients.
Kylie is admitted to practice in all South Dakota State Courts, the Federal Court for the District of South Dakota, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. She is an active member of the American Bar Association and the South Dakota Bar Association, contributing to the Family Law Committee in both organizations. Her leadership extends to her role as Past President of the Pennington County Bar Association and her previous position as the Seventh Circuit's liaison to the Young Lawyers Board of the South Dakota State Bar.
