Dominique Young

Dominique Young is a dedicated attorney with a comprehensive background in Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Tax Law. Dominique graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Arts Management from the Women's College at Brenau University. Pursuing a legal career, Dominique attended Florida A&M University College of Law, where studies included Environmental and International Business Law, culminating in a Juris Doctorate in 2011 and passing the Florida Bar Exam the same year.

Continuing education, Dominique earned a Master of Laws in Business Transactions from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2016, focusing on Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Tax Law. Currently, Dominique is licensed to practice in Georgia, the Northern District of Georgia, U.S. Tax Court, and Florida, and serves as a small business owner.

Before establishing a private practice, Dominique gained valuable experience working with law firms representing major corporate clients across various legal fields as a litigation attorney. Additionally, Dominique served in the General Counsel's Office for a state government entity. This role involved handling non-jury trials, negotiations, mediations, and successfully conducting motion hearings.
