Eric Beasley

Eric Beasley, a native of Tennessee, embarked on his educational journey at Goodlettsville Elementary and graduated from Beech High School in Hendersonville. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston before obtaining his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. During law school, Eric actively participated in American Bar Association national litigation teams and was inducted into the National Order of Barristers for his excellence in litigation competitions.

Eric began his legal career as a plaintiff’s attorney in a personal injury law firm in Tennessee known for its advertising. In 2001, he founded his own practice, emphasizing quality over quantity in client representation. This approach has led to numerous referrals from former clients and fellow attorneys across Middle Tennessee, allowing his practice to flourish without the need for advertising.

Despite his father’s long career in the insurance industry and offers to represent insurance companies, Eric has consistently chosen to represent only those who have been injured. He has never represented an insurance company in personal injury litigation.

Beyond his practice, Eric Beasley contributes to the legal community as a frequent lecturer at statewide Continuing Legal Education seminars. He educates Tennessee attorneys on managing personal injury damage claims, and his legal articles have been featured in national CLE instruction manuals.
