Timothy O. Wilson

Timothy O. Wilson is an adept attorney with a specialization in personal injury law, particularly within the Automobile Accident Practice Group at Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz. Since joining the firm in 2014, Mr. Wilson has devoted his practice to assisting individuals and families affected by automobile accidents. In recognition of his professional excellence, he was named a Rising Star by Law & Politics magazine in both 2015 and 2016. His passion for personal injury law stems from his desire to support clients during stressful periods and aid them in reestablishing their lives.

Mr. Wilson's academic journey began at the University of Mississippi, where he received a full scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2002. After earning his undergraduate degree, he took a year to hike the Appalachian Trail, utilizing skills honed as an Eagle Scout, before pursuing his legal education.

He obtained his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2006 and has been a licensed attorney in Tennessee since then. During law school, Mr. Wilson realized his calling to use his legal expertise to assist those in need.

Mr. Wilson's legal career commenced at the Memphis Fair Housing Center, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free legal services to indigent residents in Memphis and Shelby County. There, he concentrated on consumer law and civil rights, successfully litigating cases against discriminatory landlords and predatory lenders in both federal and state courts.
