Marcus Nahon

Marcus Nahon, a founding member and senior partner of Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, now serves as Of Counsel to the firm. He began his academic journey at the University of Memphis, earning his undergraduate degree in 1970, followed by a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1974.

Mr. Nahon launched his legal career by engaging in a variety of litigation areas such as bankruptcy, business and contract disputes, criminal defense, collections, and personal injury cases. His extensive courtroom experience includes handling numerous legal hearings and trials. He is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and several federal courts.
