Andy Goldstein

Andy Goldstein is a seasoned attorney practicing in Tennessee and the Immigration Courts of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). With a focus on immigration law, family law, administrative law, and civil litigation, Andy offers a wide range of legal services.

Originally from near St. Louis, MO, Andy relocated to Tennessee, where he earned a Computer Science degree and a Political Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Driven by a passion for law, he pursued a Juris Doctor degree at Belmont University College of Law.

Andy provides expert guidance on state and federal law matters, including deportation and removal defense, divorce, property disputes, board investigations, immigration petitions, estate litigation, health law, child custody, naturalization, and legal permanent residence.
